You will need: 1) A hypodermic needle, 2) A Great White mouthpiece and atomizer, 3) A Great White "Pass through," and 4) Smoke Juice.

Remove the cartridge from the GW mouthpiece, by poking through the small hole in the mouth end (with the end of a paper clip). Insert the mouthpiece onto the GW atomizer. Inject the juice into the mouthpiece (through the hole), onto the atomizer. Screw the atomizer onto the pass through, as you would normally. SIT DOWN. Keeping the corded end downward, suck through the mouthpiece to take a drag as you would normally. The volume of vapor rivals the volume from any device I have seen.
For those of us who lived through the 70's  :, this is a MUST HAVE. Perhaps only this, should be illegal...
