easy... Take it off and take the cart off.. Then the end were the batt goes on you can blow into it.. You will see juice comeing out.. Use a paper towel to clean the dripping juice.. Wash out with water.. Put it on a paper towel with the cart side down for the nite.. When you go to use it make sure you add a few drops of juice in it before you take a puff.. Or you can burn the heater inside of it..

Hello again,
I am wondering what is the best way to clean the atomizer?
Looking thru the forum there is a couple topics on this very subject.
I have either ruined 2 or they just quit working for whatever reason.
Before I try another way my question is;
What is the best way to clean the atomizers?

Steam from a steam kettle or steam machine is the best. If you use Gummy flavors, fruits, menthols, an overnight soak in vinegar, before hot (not boiling water) for 4 hours helps. Always add 3-6 drops of liquid, depending on the size of the atomizer. A Pen style uses more.

Jane,
To clarify for me, if we use a gummy flavor soak over night in vinegar then soak in hot (not boiling) water for an addictional 4 hours? Sorry about being anal(lol), I just want to make sure I understand what needs to be done before I try it. And thanks for your help in this matter, I greatly appreciate it.

Yes, just soak it on a very low heat. I tried it on several atomizers, and it worked very well. Distilled water is best. The worst offender in liquids is definitely Pineapple, which cakes after just a few uses.
I actually liked the flavor, until I went through a few atomizers. The least invasive are Virginia, 555 and Ruyan Cigarette (almost clear color) These are best for clearing atomizers. Most liquids have alchohol derivitives to prevent clogging. Homebrews, and flavorings do not.
Steam is the best cleaner ...ever
. ALWAYS ADD LIQUID AFTER CLEANING AND DRYING. Hair dryers should only be used, while holding the atomizer in your hand. Otherwise, you risk heating the coil, and burning it out.

so why doesn't some of this information come with your kit? My first order was placed through Njoy and the paperwork that came with it was useless. They have a one year warrenty on parts, so I just keep sending my atomizers back (every 2-3 weeks) LoL.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. The paperwork you get is very basic and not helpful. But that's why we have forums...

I actually have a page with some generic instructions on my website. I used to send them out, but the cost became prohibitive. I don't list "cleaning", because if something goes wrong, or is ineffective, it becomes my fault....Every unit is different. There are some that are meant to disintegrate with solvents, or high heat. One smart move is to take apart your cig after use. It prevents liquid from leaching into the battery, and gumming up the switch. That is how people get burned.

Try steam... with tongs for a few minutes...........Blow it out
lightly
when cool to the touch (it's just a very thin wire), or soak with warm distilled water, air dry, add 4 drops of liquid, and you're good. DO NOT, use any product that will add to the build-up. Steam will also work on some batteries switches, especially if you lightly suck and blow, afterward. But you always risk losing the battery. Some people use alchohol/mineral spirits...........
I use vinegar for really gunky atomizers. Some liquids leave horrible deposits.......Pineapple, Coconut, and a few others are real killers, depending on the mix. It's usually better to buy liquids from cigarette sellers, rather than "all liquid" places. They have a vested interest in not replacing your atomizers on warranties.
