Hi Kate *waves*.  Thanks for the Kitty LOL.  I hail from the Pacific Northwest (Washington) and I've been vaping for a little more than a week.  Thanks to mrwade01 for telling me about this forum (and where to find Kate)   Grin

Hi everybody I'm in Florida origanally from Rhode Island. My wife and I have been vaping since March 3 2009. I have already gone from 3 packs a day down to 1,it's great not worrying if I have enough analogs to last me the day or if I need to make another trip to the store. My wife has cut down from 1 pack per day to 5 analogs at most per day and is starting not to like the taste of analogs any longer Cheesy. Hopefully in a month or 2 I will be off analogs all together We are also waiting for our shipment of flavorings from LoRann and some flavorless ejuice from Totally Wicked so we can diy juices for ourselves and hopefully save even more cash

Hi All,
Just a newbie here from N.California joining the e-cig group.I have a small biz and I drive a cadillac. LOL

These things are a great treat when your not ready to totally give up the analogs.
The smoking everywhere was an anniverasry gift to my hubby of 25 years, but a few problems with the batteries.

Luckily ,for me I found ecigsales on ebay ,and I purchased the lil white from Jane(her oils are really good too). Great E-Cig !
I get a Great Smoke from it, making it easy to give up the old stinkers. I am so glad I have found this forum to exchange & learn pointers on this healthy way to enjoy the habit.

Okay, I'm Ed and I'm from the "Tax Me State" (NY).  No not the city, Upstate in Syracuse.
I quit smoking using Chantix back in Nov. '08.  But I gained 20 lbs cause I was substituting all kinds of junk food for the cigs.
I'm 61 and recently laid off from work so I'm semi-retired.  I don't expect to find a job soon but I can live on unemployment pretty well and it looks like they'll keep extending it for a while.  I don't get to work out much, got a slipped disc and a heel spur that makes walking any distance painful.  But I can ride a bike and have been doing that now that the weather here has gotten warm enough (we had 115 inches of snow this past winter and that's not a record).
So to keep from munching my way out of all my clothes I'm trying the e-cig route.  First the "Smoking Everywhere" one and then got an E-pipe 601.
The 601 is the way to go, the battery lasts a couple of days and the cartridges hold enough to overdose a horse with nicotine.  So far so good, I haven't had a real cigarette and don't intend to.
So, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Hi there ya-all, I'm Tom from Florida and just started vaping last week. i don't know the lingo but everyone has to start somewhere. I've been a smoker for 40 years, 54 years voung and got the ole COPD, so now it's time to quit analogs. Haven't quit yet but reduced my use by more than 50% all ready. I go to Albuquerque, New Mexico and up into the mountains of Utah in the summer and have to quit before I go this year, my new wifes from up there. I had a lot of trouble at first and one of ya-all, H3VAPER, helped me out, i was really screwed up and I have to do this. I need a site where someone who speaks like I can understand explains how i get this oil stuff, flavors, componants, etc. straight. i've been keeping notes and I think I need
1) VG- which is vegtable Glicerin- From a health food store??
2) Flovor- which i think I can get from a candy making site???
3) High nic mixing liquid, which i haven't fgured out yet where to get
and then I'm guessing mix it all up in some container i can but somewhere, use a eyedrop, something like that and take my chances on what will come out.
Does anyone have a better idea for a beginner
Thanks Tom
