Eventually the tap will be closed, no more e-cigs.  BUT... big tobacco will swoop in, promise to send experts to China to quality control the products.  The products then will be shipped exclusively to tobacco company subsidiaries.  Then they will be sold everywhere cigarettes are.  The juice or cartridges will be taxed the same way tobacco is.  Not that this is a bad thing, quality control is important.  The taxes - well...  the gov't will be losing money on cigarettes not sold because of E-cigs so this will be a way to make up for that.
Did you know there is a law that keeps you from producing more than a certain amount of tobacco for personal use?  Same as the law that keeps you from producing more than so much beer.  If you want to produce more you have to get on the FDA treadmill, which requires (for starters) an army of lawyers.

would like to say that a person I know tried to buy from a Chinesse manufacturer and got ripped off for the sum of about 2 k. the name of the company is Seamass Manufacturer. from what I have found on the web it is a big company in china that deals in e-cigarettes. I'm not to sure of the specifics but the company will not return any e-mails and said that they will not refund the money. The money was sent I saw the western union money trasnfer sheet.  Just beware in case this is like this person told me, who knows there may have been other issuses with this transaction that are hidden from me.

I had a shipment of 250 bottles of e-liquid, the Nicotine flavored liquid that is used for refilling Electronic Cigarettes, Refused Admission into the USA by the FDA!
The shipment was sent to me from a company in the Netherlands, who is based in China.
UPS handed the shipment over to US Customs, who then passed it on to the FDA for investigation.
The package was shipped on April 10th, 2009.
The final Refusal of Admission was given to me on May 5th, 2009, stating the following reason:
Refused: 2,500 ml
FPLA Section Section 4(a); 801(a)(3) Misbranding
The article appears in violation of FPLA because of its placement, form and/or contents statement.

I was in business for a while. Never got burned. Why? Because I ALWAYS...I mean ALWAYS pay the 2.8% extra
and use PayPal. They even refunded my money for the 250 - 10ml Bottles that got sent back!
The Chinese sellers hate to take it, but if you insist, most will. And believe me, you should.

Think about it. I almost got talked into sending $1,200.00 on my first order from a Chinese company through Western Union!
PayPal CC I used denied it. Thank goodness! Then it hit me!
why would you even entertain the thought of sending that much money (Cash basically) by wire or western union
to someone you never met, from a company you have never done business with, and the best part,
to a Communist country! HAHA! Think about it!
