Just a tip about disposable atomizers used with Loongtotem, 51's and I think bloog's.
Yes you can refill them carefully.  Pop off the top of the mouthpiece, with a paperclip, safty pin something like that.  You will see the inside, where the batting is rolled around the atomizer, carfully drip along the sides down to the batting. A pipette dropper works best for this, I tried a syringe and broke the atomizer and flooded the battery, so don't drip too much. Replace the top of the mouthpiece back in and your ready to go.

You can also refill from the battery end, just put one drop in the hole at a time and it will suck it in.  You can generally put about 15 drops in, then roll around to distribute evenly.  i get about 5 refills per cartomizer.

Keep in mind that there is 2 types of PG, Food Grade, and Commercial. The food grade is what should be in your Liquid. There are tests that each seller should ask the vendor for, to tell you what the product is. As for Johnson Creek, yes, it is a house.........

Disposing of drinking water bottles is the best idea, but many people refill them. If they empty the bottle while jogging. A common business method for inkjet printer manufacturers involves selling the actual printer at or even below production cos.
