How do we get off newbie status? And what comes next? Do we get power of any sort like, changing people's avatars that are lower than us? LOL

The frame for the button is there, just not the little grey button. I can see where it's suppose to be, and the word that is suppose to see on it.

I had that problem when I logged in with IE, but all is good on Firefox.
